Herbert Maly
Herbert Maly has been developing work projects at the interface of art, social work, education, and rural development on a local, regional, and European level since 1983. Since 1990 Maly has been the director of COOPERATIONS, a non-profit company situated in Wiltz, Luxembourg. COOPERATIONS is a member of TEH.
