TEH Meeting 81 – WUK, Vienna
Art practices debating the state of society
Presentation, talk and discussion with Ana Hoffner, Tina Leisch & Bernhard Dechant, Martin Krenn, and Volodymyr Kuznetsov.
Moderation: Martin Fritz
Staircase 2, Kunsthalle Exnergasse
This event introduces artistic work methods that artists from different disciplines employ to contextualise, identify, and address the world and its realities. In the presented projects the artistic process itself plays a decisive role formally: thus there is a shift away from classical concepts of the artwork; their contents focus on societal and social logics and momentums; they seem emancipatory and are the product of careful investigations and research.
Processing realities offers participants the opportunity to exchange with artists, to become familiar with their intentions and their means and methods of production.
